Please fill out this vendor registration form below to be considered for a table at our event.
Submissions must be received by
October 10th, 2022 for consideration.
Vendor selection will take place the following week, and those chosen will be contacted no later than October 17th. There is a non-refundable table registration fee of $50.00 which will need to be paid no later than October 24th. If not paid on time, your spot will be forfeited to someone else.

AT THE EVENT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DISPLAY, DEMO, AND SELL YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. VENDOR SETUP TIME BEGINS AT 5:00PM. VENDORS MUST PROVIDE THEIR POINT OF SALE FOR ITEMS SOLD AT THE EVENT.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DONATE AN ITEM(S) FOR OUR RAFFLE TABLE, PLEASE DROP OFF DONATIONS TO SCOTT MCLENDON'S HARDWARE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 24TH .
